We are currently looking for an experienced Host/Hostess eager to join our team of elite hospitality professionals who redefine luxury service and guest experience on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using Tock
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and informing them of wait times, if applicable
• Maintain an organized seating plan to optimize dining room flow
• Communicate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with special requests or accommodations for guests
• Answer phone calls and provide information about reservations, menu items, and events
• Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the reception and dining area
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and poise
• Uphold Wedgewood Hotel's high standards of service and guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage high guest volume during peak times
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with Tock
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
