Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive compensation structure designed to reward top performance:

  • Starting Base Salary: $45,000
  • Average On-Target Earnings: $80,000 - $200,000+
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • Bi-Weekly Performance Bonuses
  • Average bi-weekly commissions are $2,000 - $4,000.
  • Our top sales representatives consistently earn $5,000 - $8,000+ in commissions bi-weekly.

Your Role at Page Pros:

  • Operate remotely as part of an energetic and supportive sales team, learning from industry-leading sales and digital marketing experts.
  • Master the Page Pros sales process, articulate our unique value proposition, and expertly present our suite of digital marketing services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and cold calling to impactful presentations and successful deal closures.
  • Apply your drive and tenacity to directly impact your success by consistently achieving daily KPIs and exceeding weekly sales targets.
  • Engage in collaborative team huddles, daily meetings, and presentations from special guests.
  • Stay abreast of Page Pros' product innovations and marketing initiatives to refine your sales approach.

We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of relevant cold calling experience is essential. We are specifically seeking seasoned sales representatives with a proven track record.
  • Must have extensive over-the-phone or door-to-door sales experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated confidence, resilience, and a tenacious spirit. This role is ideal for self-motivated, driven individuals with a positive outlook who thrive in a high-volume cold calling environment.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced sales setting , demonstrating adaptability and effective on-the-spot problem-solving.
  • A genuine passion for helping businesses succeed.
  • Proven experience navigating complex sales cycles , handling objections adeptly, and clearly articulating value propositions.

Priority will be given to resumes showcasing experience from Yellow Pages, Yelp, or Homestar's.
