About the role
Job Summary
The Front Store Lead Cashier is responsible for serving customers, operating the point-of-sale system and leading the front store team when the Front Store Manager is not present.
This position will be compensated based on experience
Responsibilities
- Serving customers
- Operating the cash point of sale system to complete customers transactions
- Performing customer refunds and returns
- Merchandising and stocking shelves
- Cleaning and organizing front store
- Supervision of 1-5 employees
- Opening and closing the store when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous use of a point-of-sale system
- Friendly customer service driven personality
- Previous supervisor experience an asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $15.20 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
Work days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
