You as a “M&E Project Manager ” will be:

    • Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical or Process
    • Previous experience in industries such as mining, oil & gas, pharmaceutical or similar
    • Work Experience
    • Experience with process and mechanical equipment, in particular API tanks, vessels, pumps, heat exchangers and Stainless Steel PIping
    • Required knowledge of codes such as API, ASME and ANSI
    • Led (design, develop and commissioning) project teams to design, develop, and commission process systems, piping, and mechanical equipment.
    • Navigate all phases of project life cycle: estimating/quoting and winning opportunities, project planning and management, implementation, and production support for engineering service projects
    • Hands-on experience to define commissioning boundaries per system, being able to prepare clear narratives and managing systems’ completions, for seamless hand over to the Owner
    • Ability to lead client meetings, and act as a problem solver for design meetings

Is this the right role for you?

  • Experienced in the management of the projects from start to finish, including; scope development, specification development, tender management, managing contractor installation, quality review and project close out
  • You have eight to ten years of Mechanical and Electrical construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
  • You have a full understanding and proven experience with maintenance and life-cycle budgeting and are technically competent in understanding statutory and mandatory compliances and legislation
  • Experienced in managing various projects and tasks
  • Experienced manager with proven skills in construction
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload with limited supervision
