Your Impact:
The Strategic Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing analysis and reporting to the Director, Strategic Programs Management as well as the broader WW CSO Programs and Strategy team including the VP, Strategy and Programs. The position will be involved in strategic projects and initiatives related to renewals, partners, technical support, and professional services. Other key initiatives will be assisting the Artificial Intelligence team to implement technology that will support the CSO technology roadmap including the renewals early warning system, shifting technical support from reactive to proactive support, developing a 360 view of the customer base and determining areas for growth across CSO.
The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the success of the team by collaborating with other senior leaders in the CSO functions and cross-functionally with teams in Engineering, Sales Ops, IT, etc. Their attention to detail and willingness to provide new ideas and insights will help to drive long-term growth within the company.
What the role offers:
- Strategic analysis and reporting related project initiatives for the CSO Programs and Strategy team• Identification of trends, insights, and areas of improvement with various data sets• Working with cross-functional teams to extract, develop and present information that assists with achieving the growth initiatives determined by the WW CSO teams• Supporting the Renewal Rate Improvement program for analysis and insights• Work with the AI team to continue to operationalize and improve the renewals risk modelling and the use of the information to advance the knowledge of our customers across CSO• Develop a 360 view of the install base, customer usage and areas where adoption can be improved• Work with the WW CSO Leadership team on account segmentation and GTM model• Assist with the creation, analysis and presentation of key performance indicators related to growth programs• Assist with the implementation of projects as required
What you need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a global software enterprise with a foundational understanding of business processes• Ability to work with the immediate team as well as cross-functional teams to analyze information and provide recommendations from that information• Equally comfortable leading projects and meetings throughout the hierarchy of the organization • Ability to understand AI models, data analytics concepts and processes• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Project management and/or business analysis experience required• Ability to recommend solutions for possible improvements in areas they are involved with• Strategic thinking and operational understanding is an asset• Experience working with systems such as SAP, ITSM, Assure, BI systems • Expert level knowledge and experience with MS Office programs, MS Excel, MS Access• Organized individual with an ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced and changing environment, with minimal supervision• Self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally, as well as independently• Highly motivated, participative team player that can work in a matrix environment• 7 - 10 years of experience working in operational or analytical roles
