As a manufacturing engineering technician, you'll have the opportunity to learn more and more about our various manufacturing and assembly methods, in order to meet our customers' highest quality standards. Your main role? Maintain and improve production start-up practices for new products - a stimulating challenge worthy of your expertise!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Implement safe working methods based on industry best practices
- Take part in continuous improvement projects (VSM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, new product introductions, etc.)
- Analyze and optimize workstations to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Participate in risk assessments for equipment and workstations
- Work closely with production, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and other teams
- Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)

With the following skills and qualities, you'll thrive in this role:
- You have a technical diploma or AEC in Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent background
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You have a solid grasp of Lean Manufacturing concepts and know how to apply them effectively
