Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day financial accounting and oversee month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Provide essential data to Tax, FP&A, and Finance departments for reporting, planning, and analysis.
-
Collaborate with project teams on cash projects as needed.
-
Partner with Technical Accounting to research emerging accounting and reporting issues, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
-
Support the cash team by reviewing and approving journal entries and understanding cash processes.
-
Act as a backup for the intercompany team, reviewing and approving entries and reconciliations from the Offshore Managed Service team.

Deliver financial and business analysis to support key strategic objectives and implement reporting tools for management.

Take on additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting from a recognized institution.
-
CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

Public Accounting experience from a Big 4 Firm, Regional Firm, or Internal Audit background is advantageous.

3 to 10 years of practical financial experience is required.

Strong understanding of IFRS & US GAAP rules.

Experience with complex consolidations.

Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.

Highly motivated individual with strong integrity and business ethics.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with others.
