At Ellipsis, we believe in creating spaces that invite people to pause, reconnect, and enjoy the present moment, one great coffee at a time. Our cafe transitions into a cocktail bar in the evenings, blending craft, design, and hospitality in a unique dual-bar concept.

We’re currently building our opening team and are looking for experienced baristas who share our passion for coffee, craftsmanship, and detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year barista experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
• Strong latte art skills and espresso technique
• A genuine passion for coffee and curiosity to learn
• An eye for detail — from dialing in to maintaining a clean, beautiful bar
• Great energy and presence — we care deeply about how we make people feel
• Team players who are reliable, proactive, and kind

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and pour beautiful latte art
• Work closely with the team to maintain flow, cleanliness, and consistency
• Engage with guests to create memorable experiences
• Support with prep and side duties as needed
• Help us shape an inspiring opening culture
