About the Role
Factor (factormeals.ca) is like a "startup within a startup" and we want to keep up the momentum by adding a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing portfolio.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing, you'll deliver on our new customer acquisition objectives by optimizing our Factor marketing strategies and customer experience. Acting as a strategy thought-partner, you'll collaborate with teammates across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Physical Product, Digital Marketing, helping to execute our quarterly Marketing roadmaps. This includes new channel launches, on-site experimentation, existing channel / vendor management, and ownership of strategic budget planning across this portfolio. You will manage and oversee daily campaign management and analysis, forecasting, and developing new content with our internal Brand team.
This is a data-driven role for someone who is motivated by both impact and teamwork; we love to celebrate wins and work together to achieve our teams' goals.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the growth of new customer acquisition through supporting digital marketing channels managed and executed by our collection of global partners and local vendors. This is your domain and primary metrics will be focused on helping provide valuable insights and building initiatives to support growing the volume and quality of new customers acquired.
- You will interface directly with channel leads across all major Digital marketing channels and have expertise in providing value added strategy and data driven insights to optimize for ROI.
- Pull and analyze performance data of current and past campaigns from external and internal data sources (ex. Internal CRM and subscription databases, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to identify and understand customer trends, behavior patterns, and the 'why' behind performance.
- Collaborate with teammates to develop and execute hypothesis-driven testing roadmaps (A/B, pre v. post, geo-lift study, etc.), optimizing performance and documenting results to build upon our library or learnings.
- Be an active participant in developing the quarterly & annual budget planning cycles for Factor.
- Closely collaborate with internal and external marketing partners and vendors to strategize and execute on new and current campaigns to hit conversion targets.
- Collaborate with our local brand team and designers to analyze performance of current creatives and provide recommendations and brief in new ads/creative and landing page changes and concepts
- Champion the incubation of building up new channels and growth initiatives across online and offline.
- Keep in touch with the latest in digital marketing trends and tactics for improving efficiency or engagement metrics.
- Coach and mentor the Online Marketing Coordinator, as well as all associated manager duties (performance reviews, career development, workload management, etc.)
- Run ideation sessions for the full Factor marketing team to develop new ideas or concepts for future testing.
- Collaborate with other HelloFresh markets globally to share learnings and identify trends that could be useful in growth of your channels.
At a minimum, you have:
- 3-5 years experience working in relevant Growth or User Acquisition role or working in an agency environment or similar focused on high growth or performance marketing (focused on CPAs, ROI, LTV, conversion growth YoY and MoM)
- Strong understanding of digital landscape including paid search, social, display, video, affiliates, CRO, SEO, and attribution methodology
- Track record of initiating new channels (i.e.,Twitch, Amazon Advertising, Tik Tok)
- Expertise with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience managing a direct report
- Experience in eCommerce, subscription or SaaS businesses
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices
- A history of effective stakeholder management
- In-platform channel management experience (Facebook / Google) preferred
- Basic understanding of SQL, hands on experience preferred
