Full time permanent or Part time Seasonal Cashier/Customer Service Associate – McPhillips Branch

Build your future with a company that's building! We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at our McPhillips Branch. We’re looking to fill a Full Time permanent position along with a Seasonal Part time position.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Point-of-Sale Operations: Accurately and efficiently handle all sales transactions, including cash, debit, and credit card payments.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
  • Paint Department Assistance: Support the paint department, potentially including mixing paints and advising customers on paint products.
  • Merchandising & Restocking: Assist with merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and attractively presented.
  • Phone Inquiries: Professionally answer phone calls, addressing customer questions and directing inquiries as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Customer-Focused Attitude: A genuinely friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Retail Experience: Prior experience in a retail environment is a definite asset.
  • Organizational Prowess: Must be highly organized with good attention to detail.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
