About the role
We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and hands-on Live-in Superintendent to join our team and maintain the daily operations of our residential property. As a Live-in Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of the building, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine building inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
Handle tenant maintenance requests, troubleshooting and repairing issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate and supervise outside contractors for more extensive repairs or maintenance.
Ensure common areas, such as hallways and laundry rooms, are clean and well-maintained.
Enforce building policies and address tenant complaints or concerns.
Maintain an inventory of building supplies and tools.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours calls as needed.
Complete administrative tasks such as updating maintenance logs and work orders.
Job Type: Full-time
