What You'll Do (Daily Overview)
- Greet and check in guests for service appointments
- Communicate vehicle maintenance and repair needs clearly and professionally
- Sell service work with integrity—using inspections, manufacturer standards, and guest history
- Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and valet drivers to manage repair workflow
- Follow up with guests, ensure satisfaction, and close ROs with accuracy
- Meet and exceed department KPIs in hours per RO, sales conversion, and CSI

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary is a plus)
- Strong computer skills: comfortable with point-of-sale software, email, and digital communication
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Minimum 1 year experience in a sales, customer service, or fast-paced service environment
Bonus if you’ve worked as a:
- Server or bartender
- Retail or electronics sales associate
- Call centre agent
- Hotel front desk or concierge
- Automotive parts or quick lube staff
