About the role

Position Type: Full-time

About Us: We are a well-established dental practice with a decade-long history of providing top-tier dental care. We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic would be an asset, to join our team and help us continue to grow.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Additionally, they will leverage their skills to help grow our practice through patient recall strategies and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix software. Training can be provided.
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Handle billing and insurance claims efficiently.
  • Utilize Recall Max software to manage patient recall and retention strategies. Training can be provided.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about dental services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Marketing and Patient Recall (would be an asset):

  • Utilize Recall Max software to manage patient recall and retention strategies effectively.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns, and organizing community events.
  • Implement strategies to enhance patient engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous or in a similar administrative role.
  • Marketing background with experience in digital marketing and community outreach.
  • Dentrix and Recall Max software would be an asset but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • A sense of humor and a positive attitude to contribute to our friendly office atmosphere :)
