As a Shift Manager, you will ensure that our team delivers outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Train, interview, and onboard new staff members as needed.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Experience with cash handling processes and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques is a plus; experience as a cook is desirable but not mandatory.
- A passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
