About the role

We're seeking a dedicated fitness coach/office admin to join our team for part-time work. The role involves crafting personalized training plans, motivating clients, and maintaining cleanliness in the gym. Ideal candidates should have a background in fitness and nutrition, possess the ability to inspire others and be available to work:

  • 2 Shifts/ Week

Additionally, there are opportunities for personal training outside regular hours. During office hours, responsibilities include signing up new members, giving tours of the facility, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all.

  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
  • Provide personalized fitness programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Motivate clients to reach their fitness goals.
  • Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Keep up to date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Capability to handle cleaning duties diligently throughout the day to maintain a hygienic environment for members.
  • * Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and the ability to create engaging content such as reels to promote gym activities and services.*

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Experience:

  • Fitness & health: 1 year (preferred)
