What You’ll Do
• Serve buyers & sellers – uncover their needs and craft tailored solutions.
• List, market & show residential properties.
• Negotiate offers to secure the best terms for your clients.
• Manage transactions end-to-end, ensuring a smooth closing.
• Leverage our complimentary branding, marketing tools, and high-quality leads to expand your pipeline.
• Stay current on GTA market trends, pricing, and regulations.
• Engage in mentorship opportunities to sharpen skills and accelerate your career.
What You Bring
• 2+ years as a licensed Realtor® in Ontario.
• Deep knowledge of the GTA market and a knack for spotting trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and listings with ease.
• Self-motivation, a growth mindset, and an unrelenting drive to succeed.
