About the role

Job Summary:

As a Service Coordinator, you will be taking service requests by phone and email and dispatching service personnel. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing work order, as well as keeping up with filing and general administration support.

Job Duties:

    • Answering phones and communicating through G-Suite programs for service requests

    • Creating detailed work orders with an accurate description of the service required

    • Diagnosing and fixing simple service requests over the phone (training provided)

    • Using GPS software to determine a technician’s location for efficiency in dispatching calls

    • Updating customer web portals with up-to-date information

    • Communicating with technicians and subcontractors

    • Reviewing technician's work orders for compliance with appropriate paperwork

    • Input subcontractor invoices into web-based software accurately and in a timely manner

    • Process subcontractor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance

    • Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA, and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies

    • Any other duties as assigned by the Dispatch Manager or Senior Leadership team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, and post-secondary education is preferred

  • Excellent English verbal and writing skills

  • Proficiency in common office programs including Microsoft Office and G-Suite with the aptitude to learn new software

  • Customer-oriented and motivated individual

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Familiarity with High 5/SME software is helpful but is not required (training will be provided)

Hourly Rate- $20-$23 based on experience

This is a 12 month contract position and is an in-office position located in Cambridge**, Ontario. All candidates will be required to either relocate or commute if out of this hiring area.**
