Position: Fleet Administrator
Type: Full Time – Permanent - On-Site
Location: 970 Brock Rd., Pickering, Ontario, L1W 2A1
AutoLux Ltd. o/a Rapid City Transportation has been specializing in medical transportation logistics services for 30 years, supporting all of Ontario offering door-to-door concierge style transportation for individuals requiring special care - before, during and after their transfers. This new role will work within the Fleet Department and coordinate with the Dispatch and Management team on a daily basis, ensuring smooth business operations.
We are looking for someone who is excited about a new opportunity, and who is looking for a position offering growth. Someone who is dependable, organized, ambitious, and thrives off a fast-paced work environment.
What will your responsibilities be?
- First level support with investigations and tracking of complaints, compliments and feedback regarding Drivers who are stationed all over Ontario.
- Support administratively with record keeping, tracking, filing and data entry.
- Support with maintaining necessary equipment and software monitoring systems for the vehicles.
- Support with recruitment and training as required.
- Other duties as requestedby the Fleet Management team
- Opportunity for additional responsibilities and position growth as competency in role is demonstrated.
- Travel may be required from time to time.
Position Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Suite – intermediate excel is required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to professionally and effectively communication during difficult conversations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High ability to operate in a busy environment
- 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset
- Post-secondary education considered an asset

DRIVERS Our drivers are professional, courteous and always ready to assist their passengers. With their CPR certification and defensive driving training, they provide door-to-door concierge style service, unparalleled in the industry. We monitor all driver abstracts to ensure that our drivers have clean driving records.
Our customer service team conducts regular quality checks with our customers on the drivers’ performance. Any driver who violates our concierge service regulations must immediately repeat our training course. Our software and logistics systems ensure our drivers arrive at appointments on time.
