Job Description Summary
The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team for the client. This individual will be responsible for creating a workplace experience program that leverages technology, workplace design, amenities, and services to help drive employee engagement and retention for our client – ensuring people feel productive, healthy, and happy in the workplace. The Experience Coordinator will leverage employee data (both quantitative and qualitative) to build a program that takes the employee workplace experience to the next level, partnering with cross functional teams to implement the strongest and most meaningful solutions across a portfolio of building sites. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and hospitality-focused, have comfort working with emerging technology, and can support facilities management and operations professionals in a faced-paced environment.
Job Description
Essential functions and responsibilities
- Address client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to all facility inquiries, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action such as resetting lockers, directing inquiries to correct departments and submitting work requests
- Monitor all workplace experience policies such as clean desk when employees leave each day
- Submit work orders for facility related deficiencies ensuring timely completion
- Assist Facilities team with adhoc requests such as event planning
- Assist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators against service level agreements ensuring that all KPI’s are met

Important education
- High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
Important experience
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in an administrative, hospitality or tenant services capacity
- Ability to work in an ever-changing high paced work environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred
additional eligibility qualifications
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
