Summary:

Position: Customer Service Manager

Reports to: Executive General Manager

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Aurora, Ontario

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee a team of customer service agents and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on customer service skills with leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and support the team. You will help resolve complex customer issues, monitor performance metrics, and support continuous improvement in service quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the customer service team to manage and grow relationships with customers by acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, engineering, planning, production, and shipping, to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure the smooth delivery of products and services proactively and promptly.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, track success KPIs, and regularly report on customer outcomes to the leadership team.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
  • Distribute accounts among the customer service team members to optimize the workload.
  • Drive process improvement opportunities, such as process automation, system integration, and workflow optimization.
  • Assist in the development of customer success playbooks and resources.
  • Receive, process, and administer a set of customer quotes and orders.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team environment.
  • Assist other CSR team members as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • Diploma or Degree in Production, Electronics, or the equivalent.
  • Be familiar with common electronic RF measuring instruments like signal generator network analyzer.
  • Strong technical ability to read assembly drawings and instructions, assemble and test a variety of antenna products, and use simple jigs, fixtures, and hand tools as required.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for identifying errors or defects in the production process.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly identify and address production issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift 25 Kg from the floor to normal bench height.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards, with a commitment to enforcing them.
  • Skilled in MS office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook and ERP software like Microsoft Dynamic.
  • Able to work overtime and/or shift work.
