Retail Sales Associate – Full-Time
Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour
Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Location: In-person

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service and drive sales through effective clienteling
- Assist customers with purchases and jewellery repair inquiries
- Maintain a professional image and deliver a luxury in-store experience
- Confidently handle phone and in-person customer communication
- Support merchandising, inventory accuracy, and daily store operations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of successful retail sales and clienteling experience (jewellery or luxury retail preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- High school diploma required (post-secondary education or certifications are a plus)
- Strong jewellery knowledge and understanding of repair services
- Excellent people skills and confident verbal communication
- Team player with a dynamic, can-do attitude
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexible availability for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese is an asset
