As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — qualifying leads, uncovering needs, and booking high-quality demos for Sales Consultants.

Who They're Looking For

- Organized and process-driven; comfortable in HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Self-starter with a team-first mindset — thrives in collaborative, feedback-rich environments.
What You’ll Get
- Base Salary: $60K salary; $85K on-target earnings (uncapped)
- Benefits: Health insurance, 20 vacation days + birthday leave, flexible hours, hybrid work (2 days/week in Vancouver office)
