Role Description
This is a part time role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography designs on a day-to-day basis. This includes:
- Design marketing materials including social media graphics, email banners, presentations, case studies, storyboards, infographics, and digital ads
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop visual assets that align with brand guidelines
- Support website and landing page design with custom visuals and layouts
- Assist with the creation of pitch decks, investor materials, and branded internal documents
- Prepare print-ready files for brochures, event materials, and merchandise
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print formats
- Understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Nice to Have:
- Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience designing for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube formats
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design
Compensation and Hours:
- Hourly Rate: $50/hour
- Expected Commitment: 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with the option to work remotely
- Opportunity to grow with the team and take on more hours based on performance and needs
