THE POSITION
In your role, as an IT sourcing partner you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of candidates introducing them to exciting new opportunities that you uncover which will make a lasting impression on their career.
- Proactively source and recruit for core IT jobs, including but not limited to – Software Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Helpdesk Support, Consultants
- Work with key Hays clients on an exclusive basis to fill IT needs across their business
- Source passive and active candidates and interview/qualify them for job openings.
- Create job postings and generate applications.
- Present/shortlist candidates to your clients
- Develop relationships with candidates on the market.
Qualifications:
- A base understanding of, or a genuine interest in learning about the IT sector and the role it plays with various Hays clients
- Previous recruitment experience is a nice to have.
- You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
- You thrive on personal achievement.
