Qualifications:
* Graduate from a recognized secretarial course
* Completed course in medical terminology
* Must have good interpersonal, organizational, communication and telephone skills
* Must be able to enter 55 w.p.m. accurately on a computer keyboard
* Must be able to work well under pressure and with a minimum of supervision
* Must be able to handle multi line telephones (take over switchboard duties on the night shift)
* Must be knowledgeable of the various health care services within the community
* Preference will be given to candidates with Emergency or Admitting experience
* Knowledge of Meditech ADM and EDM programs is required
Salary Range: $28.208 to 28.879
The Health Sciences Centre strives to ensure the safety and security of the patients, visitors, employees and assets

Criminal Records Check (CRC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions; and proof of
