What you will be doing

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist is responsible for optimizing and enhancing our CRM implementation for data-driven customer engagement. This role will work with sales, marketing, support, IT, and external consultants to ensure the CRM is effectively supporting customer engagement activities and driving internal user adoption.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer engagement workflows, CRM and related technology as well as experience with change management. They will also collaborate with our training team to develop a structured training curriculum and act as first-line support for end users.

CRM RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with stakeholders to develop a CRM strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and customer needs

Configure and optimize the CRM to support the business process flow and reporting needs of stakeholders

Understand and manage CRM data and maintain its quality to enable accurate segmentation of customer data for targeted marketing and sales campaigns

Support and promote integration of CRM with core business and office systems and with other marketing and sales platforms for seamless data flow

Work with the training team to design and deliver a CRM training curriculum to promote adoption and consistency among end users.

Provide first-line support to sales, marketing and support teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth CRM operation.

Act as a liaison between functional teams, IT, external CRM consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the CRM is continuously improved

Stay up to date with CRM best practices, updates, and industry trends to leverage capabilities that enhance sales and marketing automation

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Participate in conferences, seminars, and other educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintain and participate in professional networks to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Participates on committees and special projects as requested

What you bring to the table

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a CRM (preferably with Microsoft Dynamics certifications)

Experience with the Power Platform (certifications would be a plus).

Experience with process improvement and change management methodologies.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of working with multi-functional teams, including sales, marketing and technical support.

Experience in Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service), including system configuration and customization.

Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations and CRM best practices.
