As a Client Service Representative, Group Benefits, you will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative support to the advisors assigned to you.

Why We’ll Love You
- Prior experience in group benefits, pensions, or the insurance industry is preferred.
- Life License (LLQP) is preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent listening, verbal communication, and writing skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Superior organizational and time management skills to meet client and advisor needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Once Here, You'll
- Provide administrative support to Advisors, including setting up new groups, preparing annual renewals and marketings, scheduling pension meetings, and assisting with governance reports.
- Deliver exceptional client service by efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring timely communication with group benefit clients.
- Build strong relationships with advisors, insurers, and clients through proactive support and collaboration.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely preparation and delivery of client materials.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in benefit plan administration, problem-solving challenges, and contributing to a seamless client experience.
