Minimum two years bartending*
The Bartender is responsible for preparing drinks for our guests. Our Bartenders do their best to create a positive guest experience and make each drink with high-quality ingredients and care. Bartenders must do their best to make our guests experience amazing from the time they arrive to the time they depart.

Responsibilities for this role include:
- Creating a positive guest experience through knowledge of products, services, and interaction with guests
- Making drinks according to recipe standards
- Building and maintaining professional guest relations
- Being knowledgeable in steps of service
- Being knowledgeable in food and beverage products with the ability to upsell and recommend products to guests
- Setting up and taking down bar area and dishwasher. Ensure area is clean and organized at all times
- Graciously handling all guest concerns in a timely manner, alerting the Manager and involving them when necessary
- Stocking and maintaining all bar products, beer, liquor and wine. Inform Manager of any low/out of stock inventory, nightly inventory
- Following all legislative requirements and internal standards, policies, and procedures while upholding the company’s core values
- Other relevant and related duties as assigned
The “must haves”:
- A passion for the restaurant industry
- Required certifications to responsibly server alcohol in BC
- 2 year bartending experience
- Extensive food, cocktail, wine, and liquor knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Great organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Confident in striking up conversation and connecting with guests in a positive and upbeat manner
- Accurate cash handling
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Qualified applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.85 per hour

- 4 hour shift

- Prince George, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
