We’re growing fast and we're hiring a dedicated Account Executive to lead outbound sales and fuel our next phase of growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating your own pipeline through outbound outreach and closing the deals you develop. You’ll prospect new clients, run the discovery process, tailor solutions, and take ownership of the entire journey from first touch to close. If you love hunting, strategizing, and building relationships that convert, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business through proactive outbound sales initiatives
  • Research, identify, and reach out to target accounts via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Develop and manage outreach cadences using HubSpot and other tools such as Sales Navigator
  • Run discovery calls and tailor solutions based on prospect needs
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal and close
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize positioning and delivery
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for outreach, meetings booked, and revenue closed
  • Maintain a healthy, updated pipeline and forecast in HubSpot
  • Contribute feedback on outreach strategies, messaging, and market trends
  • Work independently and take initiative to hit your monthly KPIs

You Should Have

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a strong focus on outbound prospecting
  • Proven success in generating your own leads and closing new business
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in conducting discovery and closing calls
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, manage time, and hit performance targets
  • Grit, curiosity, and a passion for workplace culture and learning

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Operations professionals
  • Experience in the learning/training, SaaS, or professional services industries
  • Bilingual in English/French or English/Spanish

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Total Compensation: $60,000–$110,000 CAD

    (inclusive of base + commission)

Other things to know:

As a client-facing role, you are expected to be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST and flexible in working with the client's timezones and needs. Some meetings may occasionally fall outside of these hours.
