Position Summary: The Adobe Digital Imaging Data Science Team is looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions. This role bridges go-to-market (GTM), engineering, and quality teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You’ll guide data architecture, coordinate cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable impact through Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Responsibilities: Requirement Translation & Story Grooming
- Partner with GTM partners to define business use cases
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories and epics
- Ensure alignment with project goals and sprint deliverables
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide technical specifications to client engineering and QA teams
- Review test cases, support validation, and ensure smooth delivery
- Facilitate communication across engineering, QE, and business functions
Data Engineering & AEP Configuration
- Design and implement pipelines to ingest data from DPAAS into AEP
- Configure AEP schemas, datasets, and set up baseline infrastructure
- Align with DX product managers to ensure roadmap compatibility
Enablement & Adoption
- Deliver end-user training and enablement for new AEP use cases
- Provide hands-on support to ensure effective rollout and usage
- Lead reporting setup in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to measure feature impact
Advisory & Best Practices
- Act as a domain expert on Adobe Experience Cloud integration
- Advise internal and external partners on architecture, implementation, and optimization
- Offer guidance on API integrations, data strategies, and scalable personalization
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical product management, or platform implementation within marketing or product analytics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficient in Agile methodology, backlog management, and multi-functional coordination
- Deep expertise in data engineering and architecture; experience with real-time data pipelines
- Proficient in AEP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Familiarity with REST APIs and real-time data exchange
- Proficient in SQL; ability to derive insights from structured data
- Comfortable with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and lead discussions
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with software engineers, data architects, and data scientists
- Analytical mentality with a proactive approach to solving business and technical challenges
- Curious, adaptable, and driven to stay on top of emerging technologies and trends
