Patty Xenos Design is a boutique interior design and Master Planning firm established for more than 25 years. We are a dynamic team with international projects in the high-end residential and hotel sector, restaurant, sports center and resorts.

Candidate: Senior Interior Designer (±10 years relevant experience)

Dynamic, responsible person, focused on teamwork and showing a lot of autonomy. The selected candidate will have at least ±10 years of professional experience in the field of commercial interior design and hospitality.

Required qualifications

· Good knowledge of furniture, millwork and construction details.

· Experience in producing technical drawings for large projects and / or high-end projects. (Ability to prepare a complete construction set of plans and specifications)

· Excellent skills in AutoCAD (2D) 2022 minimum.

· Good knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch up/Enscape, and PowerPoint.

· Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.

Tasks and responsibilities

· Follow established procedures and quality standards, obtain required approvals.

· Delegate and supervise an intermediate or junior technician during the production of documents/ respect timelines and deadlines.

· Create and edit technical drawings and construction details on AutoCAD from sketches or verbal instructions.

· Taking measurements and inventories on site/ documentation.

· Supervise construction on construction sites is an asset.

Knowledge and skills

· Knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, finishes and specifications.

· Ability to prioritize, work independently and perform tasks with minimal supervision.

· Sense of organization (able to work on multiple projects simultaneously).

· Ability to meet deadlines and budgets.

· Attentive and sensitive to details.

· Team spirit, motivated, positive, solution oriented.

Curious and eager to introduce new methods that increase efficiency (an asset).

Terms

· 3 month probationary period

· Schedule of 37.5 hours / week (8:30 to 17:00)
