Advanced IT risk management expertise rewarded
Collaborate with various business partners to enhance IT risk management practices, supporting ongoing employee learning and awareness initiatives, effective reporting, and control testing and monitoring.
What You’ll Do
- Update and implement the Information Management, Cybersecurity and Privacy Learning and Awareness strategies
- Design, build and maintain a schedule of learning and awareness tactics aligned with the strategy
- Collaborate with partners to create and deliver learning and awareness content
- Collect and consolidate information to support effective reporting
- Develop and recommend key risk and performance indicators
- Advise and guide IT delivery teams on risk management practices
- Support the control testing and monitoring program
- Foster relationships with business stakeholders and facilitate requests from the second and third lines of risk management defense

- Analytical and conceptual thinker able to maintain a strong attention to detail while working with multiple projects and priorities
What You’ll Need
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, commerce or business administration and/or risk management certification, and at least five years of progressive experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Advanced knowledge of IT risk management practices, methodologies, processes and trends.
- General understanding of IT general controls (ITGCs)
- Knowledge of agriculture lending is an asset
