About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION - Locations: Toronto - Montreal - Halifax
Insight Global is hiring a WFM Solution System Architect for Workforce Manager (WFM) market for one of our top HCM clients. You will be responsible for assisting HCM customers across various industries to solve their labor productivity, costs, industry-specific complexities, and scheduling needs.
This position will work directly with our clients to develop and implement processes that ensure effective implementation and support of our workforce management (WFM) solutions. The primary objective is to effectively troubleshoot any encountered issues and achieve a successful resolution. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales, streamline implementation, and provide escalation support for clients.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop overall architecture of WFM systems to ensure the solution meets the client’s needs, including the right technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Work with customers to solve business challenges specific to their industry market.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, and end-users, to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the WFM system, ensuring seamless integration with other organizational systems (e.g., HR, payroll, CRM, ERP) for smooth data flow and accuracy.
• Assist with sales education and coordinate training efforts relative to product offerings across industries.
• Create and deploy customer support best practices for the vertical area of responsibility.
• Provide direct support for escalated customers.
• Act as the vertical product/industry liaison to Sales, Implementation, and Service support.
• Act as an advisor to the Product Management group to ensure effective vertical positioning of WFM solution set.
• Assist in the creation of vertical presentation/demonstration materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership, finance, or operations capacity in any industry.
• Experience creating business processes, setting labor standards, and creating schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with the Kronos or workforce management solution.
• Previous business services and/or business software experience.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required.
• The ability to conceptualize, negotiate, and sell ideas internally and externally is essential.
• Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment is necessary.
• Must be a strong team player.
