Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Canada EST (no applications from CST, MST or PST based candidates will be considered)
Overview:
One of our clients in the (SaaS) in the Influencer Marketing (mostly Beauty sector) industry is looking for a Customer Success Manager with at least 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment. This role is hybrid-based in Toronto, combining remote flexibility with on-site collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SaaS clients
- Manage & renew existing Enterprise-level clients (onboarding, go live, help them strategize to achieve their business objectives)
- Onboard new customers and drive product adoption for long-term success
- Identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling within existing accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Success or related experience in a SaaS setting
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
