Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team at our name of dealership. Our dealership prides itself on having a competitive culture that drives success and rewards excellence. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.

Sales Process:

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to finalizing the sale.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Present and explain financing options and additional products, such as warranties and insurance.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about new and existing models, features, and benefits.
• Continuously update knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
• Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain a customer database and manage leads using the dealership’s CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and competitive team environment.
• Support and mentor new team members as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
