The Beacon Pub & Eatery, located right in the heart of Whistler Village, is on the hunt for passionate and experienced Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team. We’re seeking culinary pros with ideally at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience who thrive in a busy, high-energy environment. You'll be part of a supportive and dynamic team that values creativity, precision, and a strong work ethic.

As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and presenting dishes efficiently and consistently
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Assisting with prep for upcoming shifts and next-day service
• Taking initiative in the absence of Chef/Sous Chef, including some supervisory responsibilities
• Supporting kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and internal audits

What You Bring to the Table:

• Positive, can-do attitude and solid team spirit
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills between front and back of house
• Food Safe certification (required)
• Post-secondary culinary education, inventory control, or supervisory experience (a bonus!)
