Job Description
Do you have a passion for connecting with professionals while sharing promo merchandise and information? With an expansive medical testing company in Edmonton, AB, Northern Lung Function has a unique opportunity for a Marketing Representative to join the team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for execution of medical office, health centre and hospital visits. This person shows great initiative in their approach to work: a self-starter who does more than the minimum required.

Duties

• Visit physician offices to provide updated patient requisition forms and to hand out promotional materials
• Lead the medical offices to company information and why we are the best in our field
• Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude while creating awareness and referrals
• Display positive and respectful communications with all people in the medical field
• Take note of and share any feedback that will help improve the overall patient experience
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to support the marketing & sales team, as required

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A valid driver’s license and reliable, personal vehicle
• A combination of education and relevant work experience, customer service, or sales (medical field preferred)
• Organized with excellent time management and self- motivation
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Comfortable and confident approaching and engaging all staff in the medical field in interactions and conversations
• Demonstrate reliability and accountability
• Able to comfortably stand on your feet for the entire shift of 6 to 8 hours; and lift and move promo products and materials required
• Travel required within the city and surrounding communities
• Experience in a healthcare setting or understanding of clinical operations is a strong asset.
• Experience in a fast-paced promotional environment considered an asset (medical field preferred)
