Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative at Kultre Media, you will be responsible for closing high-quality, pre-set appointments. These calls are with business owners and brands who have already expressed interest in our paid ad and marketing services. Your role is to identify their needs, communicate our value, and confidently close deals.
This is not a cold-calling role. Your strength in relationship-building, objection-handling, and closing will determine your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled sales calls with qualified leads
- Guide potential clients through our service offerings and pricing
- Close marketing and paid advertising deals ranging from $2,000 to $10,000+
- Follow a proven sales script and adjust it based on prospect needs
- Log and manage lead interactions in our CRM (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding after the sale
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a sales closing role (agency, SaaS, marketing services preferred)
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket offers
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding leads to a decision
- Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to follow up consistently
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
Compensation
- Commission-only role
- Up to 15% commission per closed deal
- Average commissions range from $300 to $1,500+ per sale
