Job (Project) Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on lead generation, qualification, and prospecting to generate new business opportunities. You will engage with potential clients through outbound activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging, while utilizing tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Drift to maximize outreach efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing and content teams to personalize messaging and ensure a smooth handoff of leads to the sales team.
Requirements:
Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or the SaaS industry;
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outreach platforms;
Mindset: A growth-oriented approach coupled with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
Organization: Exceptional time management and attention to detail, especially in managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Customertimes’ offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and tailor messaging to client needs;

Identify and research new business opportunities using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms;

Engage with potential clients through outbound activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.
Lead Qualification & Handover

Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team;

Generate Business Qualified Leads (BQLs) from outbound and inbound channels, including website bots (e.g., Drift), webinar registrations, and social media interactions;
Performance Management

Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual BQL targets;
-
Monitor competitor outreach activities to adapt and refine market segment strategies.
Content Personalization & Collaboration
-
Partner with content and marketing teams to create engaging and personalized messaging that drives conversions and enhances ROI;
-
Take ownership of your assigned market segment, becoming a subject matter expert in outreach strategies tailored to that niche.
Data Management & Best Practices

Maintain clean and accurate lead database records to ensure effective follow-ups and reporting;

Document and share best practices across SDR and BDR teams to continually optimize outreach strategies.
