Summary

We are seeking a Junior Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Longboard Construction Inc. This role is essential in supporting project management and ensuring that projects run smoothly. The Junior Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily project activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily construction activities and managing on-site teams.
• Support project managers in coordinating tasks and ensuring timelines are met.
• Assist project teams in ensuring timely successful completion of construction projects.

Requirements

• Retail commercial construction experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Blue print reading required
• Basic tool knowledge
• Experience in carpentry would be an assist
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and completing necessary paperwork.
