Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a dynamic individual who can assist with marketing initiatives, coordinate sales-related activities, and ensure seamless communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Marketing Director.
- Manage calendars and appointments.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate events.
- Liaise between marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Handle client communications and sales inquiries.
- Maintain databases .
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
- Support the Marketing Director in decision-making and project management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, preferably in marketing or sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
- Experience in sales support and client relationship management is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
