About the Role:
We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and team-oriented BCBA/RBA who is ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Endless Abilities Case Managers are supported and empowered to:
- Lead and develop a growing team of Supervised Therapists and Case Leads
- Expand your clinical expertise through hands-on program development, client supervision, and team training
- Collaborate closely with other BCBAs and regulated RBAs in a supportive, multi-disciplinary team
- Engage in community outreach and professional networking, representing the values and mission of Endless Abilities Inc.
Key Responsibilities: Behaviour Assessment & Program Development:
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBA) and skills-based assessments
- Develop Individualized Support Plans (ISPs)and Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs) grounded in evidence-based ABA principles
- Analyze client needs, goals, and outcomes to shape effective treatment strategies
Clinical Supervision & Team Training:
- Train and mentor supervised therapists and case leads in ABA techniques, data collection, and ethical practices
- Observe sessions, review treatment plans, and support program implementation
- Provide regular feedback and professional development to build a strong clinical team
Collaboration & Community Involvement:
- Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
- Engage families and caregivers to promote skill generalization across settings
- Participate in outreach events and represent Endless Abilities in the community
- Partner with speech-language pathologists, OTs, educators, and other professionals for integrated care
Data & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions
- Maintain detailed progress notes, reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and funding requirements
Behaviour Management & Crisis Support:
- Provide guidance on managing interfering behaviours and implementing proactive strategies
- Support team members in real-time situations using Safe Management and de-escalation strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA Certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience delivering ABA services in clinical, school, home, or community settings
- Strong background in staff training, supervision, and leadership
- Confident communicator with a passion for mentorship and teamwork
- CPR & First Aid Certification (required)
- Safe Management or Crisis Prevention Training (preferred but provided)
