Quarry Consulting Inc. is currently seeking a Solution Architect / Project Lead for one of our clients.

Title: Solution Architect / Project Lead
Term: August 2025 - September 2025 (with possible extension)
Location: Hybrid - Niagra (1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way, Thorold Ont L2V 4T7)
Security: Criminal Record Check
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate (or Purview-specific certs when available)
- TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks - Preferred
- CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) - Preferred
Required Experience:
- Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, ideally in the Microsoft ecosystem (Purview, M365, Fabric, etc.)
- Ability to help shape and draft the RFP, including scope definition and technical requirements
- Experience acting as a client-side technical lead to manage and oversee vendor delivery
- Skills to bridge business and technical teams, support governance framework development, and translate needs into solution design
- Strong project coordination capabilities to track milestones, manage risks, and keep things on schedule
- Experience in implementing governance and data management in a large complex organization like the Region
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to facilitate workshops and drive consensus between business and IT
- Strong understanding of organizational change management principles related to data and digital transformation
