As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Audio Video Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the coordination and execution of AV projects, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring that production schedules are met.

About the Role

This role plays a critical part in supporting the coordination and execution of AV projects, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring that production schedules are met.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations and Project Management teams by completing assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and workflow processes
• Utilize Peak Technologies’ online tools for asset and event management
• Maintain highly organized and up-to-date project files
• Manage internal and external communications across departments, partners, and vendors
• Coordinate logistics, including vendor bookings, crew scheduling, and resource allocation
• Act as the primary liaison for production crew, staff, and vendor teams
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budget adherence
• Assist with digital content organization and production prep
• Apply project management best practices across all assignments
• Track and report on project milestones and deliverables
• Ensure OSHA and job site safety standards are followed
• Participate in client meetings and help define project scope and requirements
• Ensure evolving client needs are met throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Research specialty materials or vendors as needed
• Review, redline, and support fabrication drawings as applicable
• Be available for domestic and international travel as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in an operations or project coordination role within event production or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management platforms
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings is a plus
• First Aid certification is a bonus
