Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Business Analyst based in Edmonton to support a variety of strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly skilled BA who excels at process mapping and can effectively visualize workflows for key stakeholders, including executive and C-suite team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate process mapping activities across multiple projects.
- Develop clear, visual representations of workflows to support decision-making and communication with senior leadership.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to support project objectives.
- Present complex processes and findings to executive and C-level stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications:
- 15–20 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on process mapping and requirements documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar process modeling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and present effectively to executive leadership .
