We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Expert to drive new client acquisition, develop and execute marketing campaigns, and help shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition & Relationship-Building:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Indigenous communities, local businesses, and other target markets.
- Create and pitch proposals to potential partners and clients.
- Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with key stakeholders.
Marketing Campaigns & Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Create content calendars and coordinate messaging across channels.
- Collaborate with the CEO, internal team, and external freelancers to bring campaigns to life.
Strategy & Reporting:
- Analyze performance data and adjust tactics to ensure goals are met.
- Track outreach efforts and share progress updates with the CEO.
- Keep client needs at the center of your work.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Provide direction and oversight to part-time social media assistants to ensure content is aligned and impactful.
- Work closely with the CEO to align growth and marketing initiatives with the company’s overall mission.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, business development, or client growth roles (agency or small business environment a plus).
- Proven ability to drive growth through outreach and relationship-building.
- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email campaigns, CRM systems).
- Experience working in or alongside Indigenous communities is a strong asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
