InTouchLink, a leader in tech software and communication for the senior living industry, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for those passionate about making a meaningful impact in the senior living sector through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the senior living industry.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including blogs, social media, and sales collateral.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify emerging opportunities.
- Manage and streamline PPC campaigns (including Google and Bing)
- Collaborate with the team to enhance brand visibility, optimize website content, and improve SEO.
- Support event planning and promotional activities to boost brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates familiar with software marketing.
- Strong skills in content creation and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Google Ads, Adobe Suite, Vidyard, Video editing and audio software skills are considered an asset.
- Experience in Bing, LinkedIn posts, and ad management is highly valued.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Zapier, Zendesk, or Pendo is considered an asset.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000+ (Based on Experience) [Additional Performance Bonuses Available)
