We're looking for passionate Prep Cooks and Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team. Whether you're starting out in the kitchen or bringing years of experience, we offer a supportive, fast-paced environment where great food and teamwork come together.

Prep Cook Duties:
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and seafood to restaurant specifications

Prepare ingredients and assist in basic cooking tasks

Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and storage

Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Support line cooks and chefs with daily kitchen operations

Line Cook Duties:
Prepare and cook seafood dishes to order according to recipes and quality standards

Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Manage multiple orders with precision and urgency

Ensure plate presentation meets our high standards

Maintain a clean and orderly station throughout your shift

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred (especially with seafood)

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
