Operations Analyst - Internal Only
About the role
This position focuses on operational efficiency and risk mitigation, by analyzing, recommending, and monitoring compliance with operational policies, procedures, and regulations.
Analyzing and developing all operational policies and procedures, to ensure that SIGA's assets are safeguarded and that effective internal control systems are in place. Communicating and distributing new and modified procedures through the appropriate channels. Assisting with the development of audit criteria, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Conducting statistical analysis relating to operations at all Casino departments, with emphasis on Cage, Facilities, Integrity and Security. Participating in other projects and activities as required, to create and/or improve Casino procedures.
Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Administration, or related field or a combination of related education and experience may be considered. Several years of directly related experience and training may be considered. A minimum of 3 years' experience in gaming operations, specifically Facilities, Cage, Slots, Security, and/or Surveillance.
