Job Title: Part Time Light Duty Cleaner
Location: Nanaimo, BC
Wage: $19.41

What you’ll be doing:
- Wipe and sanitize all public areas
- Mopping: spot mopping with light weight wet mopping, floor sweeping, dust mopping, scrubbing (including imop),
- Vacuuming: Carpets
- Bathrooms: Cleaning and servicing
- Waste: emptying of waste baskets and ashtrays, washing of ashtrays and desktops
- Furniture: soft seating, spot washing (daily removal of handprints of day-to-day traffic and scuff marks) of walls, door frames, door glass/plexi, and cleaning of light fixtures
- Transporting accumulated garbage to the compactor/dumpster.
- Food court cleaning and sanitizing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to take direction and function in a team environment and individually.
- Previous cleaning experience.
- High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
